Your online application

Please complete the following form, filling out all fields unless stated otherwise.

Start by checking that you have the necessary documents to send us (listed at the bottom of the page). Please do not send us samples of non-journalistic writing. Journalistic writing could include blog entries, newspaper/magazine articles, creative nonfiction or articles for a newsletter. Academic papers and university assignments do not count as journalistic writing. If you don't have a sample of journalistic writing, write a short piece which could fit into one of the columns in our magazine. Feel free to contact us for tips!

Required files

Now we need a few files from you: before submitting this application, please send the following documents to application@europeandme.eu. We use mail rather than upload to avoid any connection timeout. Please avoid attachments >1mb.

  • A recent CV in English
  • If you are a non-native English speaker you also have to send us a proof of your English proficiency (e.g. copies of tests like TOEFL, IELTS)
  • Only for contributor applicants: at least two pieces of work (journalistic writing samples, drawing samples, photos etc.)
