Written by Marta Martinez, Laura Knierim

While most of the EU sinks economically, its political capital appears to be a job paradise for young Europeans. EU institutions, lobbies, consultancy firms, regional offices, law firms... the menu is broad -and competition fierce. You have probably heard of a friend, or a friend of a friend, who recently grabbed a suitcase and moved to Brussels for professional reasons.

E&M contacted some young Europeans to catch up with their new life in Brussels. We can definitely say they are all happy with their professional chances in the capital -and when it comes to having fun, you'll be surprised of what Brussels has to offer. Get to know these newly-arrived professionals and take notes on what to do in Brussels after leaving the office!
